Shipping & Returns
All prices stated in the online shop are valid for orders in the online shop. VAT, if applicable, is shown separately. No country-specific duties are shown. All prices in the Easyscan Shop are including shipping. If ordered outside of the online shop, (see GT&C §2.3) the prices mentioned in the offer of the seller are valid, also including shipping. The delivery of the goods will only happen after the receipt of the full purchase amount. GUTERMANN reserves the right to choose the method of shipping.
The ordered goods are delivered to the address stated by the customer in the order, unless otherwise agreed by the buyer and seller. The goods are delivered directly from the manufacturer's premises. The availability of an article is stated within the article's description. Goods that are on stock are shipped within max. 30 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed by the seller. If an article is listed as currently unavailable, the seller will do his utmost to deliver those goods within a reasonable time frame. All information regarding availability and delivery times are not binding, unless such delivery time has been agreed by the seller as binding on an exceptional basis.
The seller reserves the right to do part shipments if such part shipments seem sensible for a fast and efficient delivery. Extra costs resulting from such part deliveries will not be charged to the customer. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the obligation to deliver, if goods that were supposed to be delivered by the day of the GUTERMANN shipment have not or not fully been delivered. This reservation is only valid, if the seller is not liable for the delay or non-receipt of goods. If the order is not shipped, or shipped with delay, the seller informs the buyer immediately of any delays and offer to repay in full the already remitted purchase price including freight costs. Any risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods is transferred onto the customer at the time of delivery.
The buyer has the right to return the goods (purchased online only) without reason but at own costs (freight) to the seller within 14 days of receipt. The seller will reimburse the full purchase amount.
The costs of shipping of goods that have to be returned to the factory for a warranty repair (standard two year warranty) have to be borne by the buyer. The seller bears the cost of the warranty repairs and the shipment back to the buyer. For any other repairs, the buyer pays for all shipping costs.
