Data Privacy Statement
The following declaration covers our legal obligation to inform you about the registering of data, the types of data, their intended use as well as our identity. We also inform you about the first-time transmission and the types of transmitted data.

it could be necessary to pass your personal data to firms which we appoint for the fulfilment or processing of contracts. This is, e.g., transport companies or other service-providers. Other than for the measures necessary for the processing of contracts, no details will be given to third parties.

For this reason there is no conscious collection, processing or storage of data of minors where the parents or guardians have not given their consent. As soon as it comes to our attention that minors enter their own data without the appropriate agreement, or that data about such a person have been entered, we will delete the data immediately.
5. Right to Information
The customer has the right at any time to demand information regarding personal data stored and also receivers and categories of receivers to whom the data was passed on so long as it relates to the source of this data, and the purpose of the storage.
6. Deleting and blocking
We undertake to delete personal data that has been processed by us for our purposes as soon as it is no longer required for fulfilling the purpose for which it was stored. There is a barrier to prevent deletion where there are legal, statutory or contractual periods during which deletion may not occur, where there is reason to assume that deletion would affect interests of the concerned party which should be protected, or deletion would not be possible or only possible at unreasonable expense due to the particular type of storage.
In addition to this, you can have the data collected by us blocked, rectified or deleted at any time. Deletion will also take place if you withdraw your consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data. If this withdrawal of consent occurs during an existing business transaction, the deletion will take place immediately after its conclusion.
Other legal deletion or blocking obligations remain unaffected by this.
7. Technical and organisational measures
It is our duty to undertake the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the regulations about data protection as long as the expense is proportionate to the intended protection purposes. In email communications we cannot guarantee complete security of data and so we recommend that confidential information is sent by post.
